Forgot password / Reset password

To reset your password, go to the menu and select member > My Account > under the login widget, click “Lost password?” Then type in your username or email address to reset your password, and you’ll get an email with a temporary password. Log in with a temporary password and change it to a new one in the “My Account” section.

How can I download digital products from the website?

On the product catalogue page choose “read more or view” the chosen product, on the product page choose to download. Some products (members only files) need a login to view and download.

How can people from outside India participate?

Everyone can now register and pay online. If your preferred currency is not available, you may make a payment in any other available currency.

Why do I have to register for the classes twice?

The first registration is for event registration and payment, if applicable. The second registration is for attendees to confirm their attendance at the Zoom meeting. Both of these registrations are required.

How can I make offline payments?

Please select the bank transfer payment option at the end of the registration or purchasing process, if you want to make a money transfer or a manual bank deposit. Send a mail to support@holisticrays.com for other payment options.

How can I request a refund?

Please log in to the website, from the menu select > my account > orders > choose a refund.

How will I receive my refund?

The refund will be issued using the same payment method. If there is no valid reason, The refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. That store credit can be applied to a future class.

How long would it take to receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed within three days of receipt of the refund request.

How can I purchase your products?

When can I expect to receive the product?

Depending on the shipping operator, delivery times will vary for each destination.
