1st Degree Reiki course

This is the first level course (Level 1) in the Holistic Reiki course. This course is suitable for those who are interested in learning and practising Reiki. We designed this course for personal and family benefits.

A brief overview of the Reiki energy and its originators in the Japanese Reiki system. Introducing and distinguishing between positive and negative energy, vibrations, and waves. Methods for cleansing, healing, and self-healing. The methods used to perform healing and cleansing for the individual, family, home, and possessions. Reiki and meditation practise. Individual 1st-degree attunement (Level 1) and season of questions and answers.
